High School Development

Spring High School and Rising Freshman (8th Grade) Skills Development

Current Program for Spring 2019 is March 17 - May 12

Our goal is to provide a developmental experience that with hard work, every player is given the physical and mental skills required to succeed as a high school baseball player.  The developmental framework, curriculum, and instruction is second to none.

Director of Player Development, Brad Hill, who recently joined Sandlot from Big 12 Conference Kansas State University after leading the Wildcat program for 15 years, will be conducting the training sessions.

Director of Pitching and Arm Care, Sean McCourt, is the creator of THROWformance and will be using a  blend of biomechanics and movement patterns to help develop high-level throwers with increased velocity and accuracy.

Director of Strength & Conditioning, Travis Mitchell from Colorado Performance Factory, will focus on developing explosive strength, lateral quickness and rotational power and mobility.
